The visitors set a total of 221-7, and Sidley were unfortunate to end on 220-7 in reply. A very exciting game, with Simon Newstead and Dane Capon(54) getting Sidley off to a strong start, and captain Josh Bull following up with a sparkling 66.
Best of the Sidley bowling was Craig Ramsden with 2-46.
This result places us second in the league, behind Bells Yew Green. Next week's fixture is away, against Firle.
