Club members will be shocked to hear that Chris Milton passed away last night after a bad fall at home.
He was in such good spirits at the Club Dinner and Awards last month, considering all the difficulties he had been having with his health in recent years.
Chris was such a committed player and supporter of the Club over many years on its journey from the East Sussex League, to the Sussex League, to the Sussex Cricket League, and was always fantastic company with his enthusiasm and tremendous sense of humour.
We shall all miss him greatly. Jenny will be sending on behalf of the Club a card of condolence to Chris's wife, Babs.
