Sidley posted a very impressive 283-5 in their 50 overs against the visitors, the highlight of which was a tremendous 161 not out by Josh Bull. He was very ably supported by Simon Newstead who batted patiently for an important 56. Dane Capon started the innings with 18, and father, Peter, added a brisk 17 at the close of the innings.
In reply, Forest Row were demolished by the lively bowling of Craig Ramsden who posted figures of 7-31 off 13 overs. Stuart Craig took 2-16 in 5 overs, leaving the visitors all out for 137 in the 37th over.
A brilliant result: well done to everyone, but particularly to Josh and Craig.
