The New Inn

Below is the New Inn, Sidley - the venue for the club's first Annual Dinner and presentation of bats on Wednesday, October 9th, 1901. This photo dates from about 1902.

The New Inn was a coaching inn and dates to the 18th century. Part of it may date back to the Tudor period. It was called The Five Bells in the mid-18th century.
